Just like the devil

Not only does he like to “kill, rob and destroy” but, he also likes to distract big time.

Yesterday, we were ministering at a local park that is next to the “light rail” train. We had had an awesome morning with The Spirit of God moving. Many were hearing The Gospel and receiving tracts. The going was just getting good when all of a sudden, policeman and police cars were all over the place. Now we were used to seeing them around this park, but this was something different. They surrounded the train, the microphone said, “everyone get back”, “stay away from the train”. The FBI was there. Policeman with bullet proof vests were all over the place.

Classic, just like the enemy to distract us once again from getting the Gospel out. Now it’s pretty hard to get their attention when something like this is going on. We stood there handing out tracts and talking to some. It was mainly about what was going on.

Finally, they had us all move to across the street. Over there, we did the same with little response. James suggested that we go and take a break, which we did. We both felt a little defeated. We had known for sure that this was an attack of the enemy.

After our break, we came back and it was all cleared up. Come to find out, a bank robber was on the train with all the people, and the police where trying to find him. They found him, and everyone was safely let off the train. Praise God!

Soon, we carried on and the Spirit began to move again. Two people where added to the Kingdom. The devil did not get the upper hand that day. We may have been distracted for a while, but in the end, souls where saved, praise God.

The spirit of praise came upon me for what took place that day and I began to shout praise to God. The enemy was still stirred up though, a couple of people who where filled with demonic spirits shouted and ran around like monkeys.

Praise God He rules! He has the upper hand! He is in control!
Amen.

    Brother,
Sounds like you had a great day. Two trusting Jesus as Lord and Savior, and a bank robber was apprehended as well.
The other ministers of God were at work in apprehending the guilty.
    God Bless you.

    Amen brother!
God knew what needed to be done, and He did it!
    Thanks for stopping by.
May He add grace to you today,
    Richard
